Close to Agen, in the heart of the Pays de Serres, in a landscape of hills and valleys, this pretty character gîte has been fully restored in keeping with local architecture. Situated in the heart of Dondas, a charming flower-filled village overlooking the Séoune valley, the gîte has won several awards for its superb views. You'll fall under the spell of this small 11th-century house, once the carpentry workshop of the owner's great-great-grandfather. Ideal for couples or small families, the ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom (1x140) with mezzanine (1x140), opening onto a loggia on the village square side, and a shower room with toilet. At the rear of the gîte, on the side of the little flower-filled alley typical of this village, you'll enjoy the small shaded terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
