Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, on the outskirts of Agen and a stone's throw from the Gers and Landes, in the heart of the village of Montagnac sur Auvignon, this charming guest house, where the spirit of yesteryear blows, will seduce you with its authenticity and charm. It's a place where you can relax, unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. Jean-François offers you 2 rooms, with the possibility of renting the whole house as a family room at 130€ (contact the reservations department). The Louis room (2 80cm beds, convertible to 160cm) with shower room/wc and the Lucie room (160cm bed) with private shower room and wc. A shared lounge between the 2 bedrooms, with a library and wood-burning stove to warm you up on wintry evenings. A 50m2 garden is at your disposal. Breakfasts are served in the communal lounge or, in fine weather, outside on the shady terrace overlooking the Countryside and the flower-filled garden. Numerous Hiking and biking trails nearby. 10 minutes away: Parc Walygator, Canal du Midi, convention center, Agen train station, A62 freeway exit (Agen Ouest interchange, exit 6.1), close to the Gers and in the heart of the Pays d'Albret, home of Henri IV. Piscine to share with owners, dim 4x2m, prof 1, 30, salt water, open from June to September.

Excellent accueil de notre hôte Mr Jean-François BEAUVIE : Aide au déchargement, verre d'accueil, conseils pour un bon restaurant, apéritif et ... Très bon petit déjeuner le lendemain matin.
Très belles chambres rénovées avec gout, confortable, et avec très belle vue !
Mr BEAUVIE possède un très beau jardin et est en sus un fin connaisseur de l'histoire de son pays ! Certainement l'un des plus beaux accueils en chambre d'hôtes vécu !- Cleanliness

Cilou Une halte magnifique
Mr Beauvie sait recevoir avec talent! Ds un cadre magnifique au milieu des tournesols, ce petit écrin saura vous enchanter: jolie petit bassin très agréable par ces fortes chaleurs, belle chambre très confortable et joliment aménagée, petit déjeuner de roi, on a été ravie de venir ici! Bravo à lui!

Famille W Une halte très agréable
Nous avons fait une halte d'une nuit à l'oustal Félix sur notre longue route des vacances. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le lieu et la maison au centre d'un petit village sont vraiment charmants. Les chambres, rénovées et joliment meublées, étaient très confortables, et le petit-déjeuner copieux. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la jolie petite piscine vue l'heure tardive. Elle nous faisait pourtant de l'oeil ... Il nous faut donc revenir ! Merci encore.
