This former tobacco drying shed is perfectly situated on the edge of the Lot-et-Garonne region. With its spacious garden and private Piscine, it's the perfect place to base yourself. At the gateway to the Lot and Dordogne regions, you'll be able to visit countless places of interest within an hour's drive, or simply relax in a peaceful country setting. Whether you love nature, outdoor sports, architecture, archaeology, history, wine (AOC wines from Cahors and Bergerac) or gastronomy (foie gras, sweet and savoury meats...), you'll find everything here to delight and surprise you. Ideal for large families, the Holiday cottage offers 2 levels, a vast living room with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, 1 bedroom (1x180), 1 bathroom and 1wc. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (4x90 convertible to 180, 1x180), 1 shower room with wc. Carport. Vast unfenced meadow. Private chlorine pool (10x5 m, up to 1.70 m deep) with alarm, open June-September, weather permitting. Visitor's tax. Table tennis. Petaque. Internet access. Hiking, Fishing in the Lot 2km away. Frenchgite Superb
Stunning gite in a beautiful quiet location with many nearby facilities; such as supermarkets and boulogeries. The gite was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool and terrace were a good size . The owner, Christophe , was very welcoming and helpful. A welcome box of local goodies was a lovely gesture .

wolverine Wonderful
The Gite is beautiful and stylish and well restored and loved. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean and tidy. The pool is fabulous and the location peaceful. Best of all is the wonderful sound of the Owls and the stars at night. Plus the owner is so kind and helpful and emails you right back with any request or question.

Nous avons passé 15 jrs de vacances dans ce très beau gîte, au calme, au milieu de la nature.
Nous avons été accueilli par Christophe, le propriétaire, avec un grand sourire, son accent chantant et un petit coffret avec des produits locaux. Une attention appréciable.
On peut faire des balades autour du gîte et la région est très belle.
Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine afin de visiter des lieux que nous n'avons pas pu faire.- Cleanliness

MarieDavid Gîte paisible au cœur du Lot et Garonne
Dès l’accueil du propriétaire (explications ainsi qu’un tour avec lui dans les environs) et ses cadeaux de bienvenue ;) nous avons été conquis.
La belle terrasse et son préau bien pensé, la superbe piscine, la table de ping pong pour les enfants… et leurs parents… tout y est!
La maison est parfaitement agencée, propre, conforme aux photos.
Le terrain est lui aussi parfait : on se sent dépaysé bien que tout soit à 10 minutes en voiture.
Merci à Christophe pour tous les conseils de visite même si nous n’avons pu tout faire (les 2 châteaux les + proches sont magnifiques bien que très différents).- Cleanliness
