South-West region, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, close to the Canal du Midi and its green cycling path, in the heart of the Buzet vineyards (AOC) and the Pays d'Henri IV (Nérac 12km away), beautiful luxury villa located on the southern slopes of the Garonne, in the middle of a 17-hectare vineyard, organically farmed since 2009: the Domaine de Michelet. You'll fall under the spell of this exceptionally comfortable contemporary building, ideal for several families, where life is organized around a beautiful indoor and outdoor living space: integrated kitchen, large-scale living room with its private wooden terraces opening onto the south-facing Piscine. Air-conditioned bedrooms: La Muscadelle on the first floor (1x160) with shower room and toilet, Merlot on the ground floor (1x160) with shower room, toilet and private terrace. In the adjoining annex, each with shower room, wc and private terrace: the Cabernet Sauvignon family room (1x160 and BZ in 140), and Sémillon (1x140) for people with reduced mobility.
