In the heart of the South-West, between Périgord and Quercy, 4 kms from Villeneuve sur lot and 50 kms from Bergerac, charming gîte 66m2 (2 pers.) in the middle of a large wooded park at the end of a magnificent avenue of plane trees. Independent gîte in an old barn, close to the owners' house. Open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave) and living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, sofa bed (120). Upstairs bedroom (160) and bathroom with shower, all lit by four velux windows. Tiled terrace with barbecue and plancha. Swimming pool (11mx5m) nearby, shared with two other gîtes, fenced and alarmed, open from May to September. Bed linen and towels provided, wifi connection, golf course 10 minutes away. Part of the grounds is fenced off around the gîte. Pets welcome. Car parking in front of gîte. Tourist tax payable. Heating extra according to consumption.
