Gîte les Platanes. In the heart of the South-West, between Périgord and Quercy, 4 kms from Villeneuve sur lot and 50 kms from Bergerac, charming gîte 66m2 (2 pers.) in the middle of a large wooded park at the end of a magnificent avenue of plane trees. Independent gîte in an old barn, close to the owners' house. Open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave) and living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, sofa bed (120). Upstairs bedroom (160) and bathroom with shower, all lit by four velux windows. Tiled terrace with barbecue and plancha. Swimming pool (11mx5m) nearby, shared with two other gîtes, fenced and alarmed, open from May to September. Bed linen and towels provided, wifi connection, golf course 10 minutes away. Part of the grounds is fenced off around the gîte. Pets welcome. Car parking in front of gîte. Tourist tax payable. Heating extra according to consumption.

les Suabes Ferien mit Hund und Katzen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden: die Ruhe, die Lage des Gîte ideal. Wir konnten unsere Haustiere, 2 Katzen und 1 Hund, mitbringen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang. Ideale Lage für Radtouren am Lot entlang, einfach sehr gut gelegen, um auch Schloß- und Städtebesichtigungen, z. b. Bergerac, auch in der Nebensaison zu machen. Wir haben uns während unserer Woche in dem kleinen , für 2 Personen absolut komfortablen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt!

Rémi Moment inoubliable dans les paysages du Sud Ouest
Gîte très agréable, qui allie le charme des demeures anciennes au confort d'aujourd'hui. Très accueillants, les propriétaires sont toujours prêts à faire le nécessaire pour rendre le séjour inoubliable.

Très bien accueillis par nos hôtes dans un cadre idéal et un logement très propre
Le logement est très bien équipé et très joliment décoré.
La piscine est très agréable.
De nombreux villages sont à visiter dans les alentours .
