Take advantage of the private, fenced, saltwater swimming pool (12x5m, depth up to 2m) for relaxation, and the wooden terrace for meals. The bright Holiday cottage combines modernity and comfort, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sitting area bathed in light thanks to their bay windows. The sitting area, with its wood-burning stove, will warm you up in winter and is ideal for a cosy moment by the fire. 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds convertible to 180x200cm).     Très beau séjour

    Le gîte est très agréable, au calme, entouré de verdure. Il est pour autant proche de la ville pour faire vos achats. Il est équipé avec goût et qualité. Nos hôtes ont pensé à tout, rien ne manque. Nous le recommandons vivement.

    Gîte très agréable

    Le gîte est très agréable. La rénovation a été faite avec soin, les pièces sont très spacieuses.
    Le mobilier et les divers équipements ont été choisis avec soin.
    La literie est très confortable.
    La fourniture de tout le linge de maison de qualité est un vrai confort.
    Bien évidemment la grande piscine privée au sel contribue à la qualité du logement.

    Maison agréable avec toutes les commodités

    Séjour très confortable, maison équipée de tout le confort, 2 terrasses et une très grande piscine.
    L'air conditionné pourrait être dans les différentes chambres (il est actuellement dans le salon). Heureusement c'est une maison avec des murs épais et cela a ses avantages en cas de fortes chaleurs. Très calme tout en étant proche de la ville d'Agen.

    Propriétaires très sympathiques qui essaient de rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible.

    A proximité, nous vous recommandons le pont canal et un peu plus loin dans la région le château de Biron et le village de Monflanquin (bastide).

    Un gîte très cosy
