Enjoy a peaceful setting. The house, independent and secured by an electric gate, extends over 1500 m² of enclosed grounds. On the ground floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen (with American fridge), a bright dining room, a cosy living room, 2 bedrooms, the 1st with 2 beds 90x200 adjustable to 180x200 and the 2nd with 2 beds 90x190 adjustable to 180x190, 2 bathrooms (one with Italian shower) and 2 WCs. The attic bedrooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning, the 1st with 2 beds 90x190 adjustable to 180x200 + 1 bed 140x190 and the 2nd with 2 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 140x190. All Holiday cottage windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Outside, a private swimming pool heated by a heat pump (from June to September, treated with salt and secured by a shutter and barrier) awaits you in a 400 m² fully fenced area. Under the pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal for convivial moments. For the enjoyment of young and old alike, the Holiday cottage also features a trampoline, a hammock, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, a wooden gazebo and a Kids' Cabin. Families with babies will be delighted to find all the equipment they need on site: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, baby carrier and bottle warmer. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Hiking, Fishing in the Dropt, visiting castles and bastides, or strolling through the gourmet markets. Don't forget to sample the local specialties: hazelnuts, prunes, foie gras and renowned wines. For a carefree stay, bed linen, towels, beds made on arrival and final cleaning are included.
