Charming stone house in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne Countryside, ideal for getting together with family or friends. You'll enjoy an exceptional natural environment, ideal for calm, relaxation... and idleness!
The spacious, comfortable house can accommodate up to 12 people:

First floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm)
- 1 bathroom with bath + shower
- 1 WC
- Fitted kitchen and convivial lounge

First floor:
- 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles (160 cm and 180 cm), 2 with single beds
- 2 shower rooms
- 1 WC

Bathrooms renovated in 2023, new bedding.
Wood-burning fireplace for a cosy atmosphere in autumn/winter.
Wi-Fi available in the house.

Outside
- Private Piscine (10 m x 5 m) with unobstructed view of the Countryside - open May 1 to September 30

- New for 2025: petanque court

- Optional private Spa (5 places):
80 €/day or 180 € for 3 days, all year round
