In the heart of the South-West, at the gateway to the Gers and just a stone's throw from Nérac, 3km from the City, the royal city of Henri IV, the Domaine de Marthès is a 4-hectare property, comprising 2 adjoining 6-person Holiday cottages (to ensure privacy, the two cottages will not be rented to two different groups of travelers).

The Holiday cottage Sainte Marthe offers a very large living room in drc with kitchen, dining area and lounge, and upstairs 3 bedrooms with 3 large double beds (180x200), 1 extra room with 2 beds in 90, baby bed, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs). Private garden with terrace.

Holiday cottage Saint Louis features a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen and TV lounge. A winter garden with dining area and TV, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, WC on the ground floor, washing machine. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (2X90 or 1X180), bedroom 2 (1X160), bedroom 3 (2 X90 or 1 X180) with sitting area, baby bed, shared shower room and separate WC.

Private parking for both Holiday cottages. Free Wifi. Bed linen and towels included, beds made.
For horses: 2 ha of meadows (on reservation). Hiking nearby. Nérac with its Château Henri IV, Parc de la Garenne for walks, boating on the Baïse, Saturday morning Market and lively summer market on Tuesday evenings, Ludo Park 3km away.
