The house, once a symbol of education, took on a new dimension when it became a farm. The transformation of this former school into a gîte now offers a peaceful and rejuvenating refuge for travelers, while preserving the charm and authenticity of its past. In this way, the former schoolhouse, now a farmhouse, now a gîte, continues to tell its own story, blending past and present in perfect harmony. The beautifully renovated gîte offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. As you enter, you plunge into the authentic atmosphere of the house, with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, where everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Modern appliances blend harmoniously with the rustic charm of the decor. The living room invites you to relax with a warm and friendly bar area, perfect for sharing a drink with friends or family. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each able to accommodate three guests. They are tastefully decorated, blending traditional and contemporary touches to provide a relaxing and pleasant space. A modern, functional bathroom completes the first floor.
Outside, the gîte reveals a veritable little corner of paradise. A pretty, cosy wooden terrace invites you to relax. The dining area, equipped with a large table and comfortable chairs, is perfect for al fresco dining. Next door, a garden lounge offers the ideal place to relax, read a book or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the landscape.
The 1200m² wooded garden, including a 100m² enclosed area, is a haven of greenery, offering shady nooks and crannies in which to relax. Pets are welcome, and can also enjoy the outdoor space.
