Le Pouchat gite is an old farmhouse that can accommodate a large family, with a fenced-in swimming pool, pleasant surroundings and a warm Aubiac welcome. On the ground floor, the main living area features a lounge with TV, wifi and fully-equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, laundry room (LL, freezer, baby equipment). Separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2x140), bathroom and separate toilet. 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (4x90) and shower room. Shared swimming pool with 2 other houses (annual tenants). Size 10 by 5m, fenced with alarm. Fenced grounds of 2500 m². Ping-Pong table, garden furniture and barbecue.
