The Holiday cottage has been converted from the old barn, using traditional materials in a contemporary style. Its south-facing swimming pool will keep you cool and relaxed in fine weather. The petanque area next to the swimming pool enjoys the shade of the trees at all hours. On the ground floor, the Petit Holiday cottage de Marsy features a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area, lit by high glass windows that bear witness to the farm's agricultural past. Two bedrooms with en suite shower/wc, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR), occupy part of the ground floor (2x90 convertible to 180 in each). Shared laundry room and wc on ground floor. A wood and metal staircase leads to a mezzanine with a small reading area. Outside, three terraces with garden furniture and lounge, barbecue and plancha.
