A 5-minute drive to the village of Cocumont and its amenities (winegrower's cooperative Côtes du Marmandais, wine estate Elian Da Ros), a 12-minute drive to Marmande (shopping, stations, festival Garorock), a 30-minute drive to Casteljaloux (thermal baths with recreational centre, golf course, casino, swimming lake), Christine will warmly welcome you to her home for a relaxing stay (pool, yoga session and energy massage) or a discovery stay of the heart of the South-West (at 3 km from Canal des Deux Mers or from the cycling path between Marmande and Casteljaloux, boat on the canal Garonne, a 10-minute drive to Gironde and the vineyards of Graves and Entre Deux Mers). Two entirely renovated guestrooms with an independent access: 38 m2 family suite Gaïa, features a master bedroom with king-sized bed and lounge, a bedroom for 2 children (2 beds 80 x200) or 2 adults (1 bed 160x200) with shower room and toilet, private terrace; and 32 m2 family guestroom Prana for 3, with king-sized bed, shower room and toilet, private terrace. Breakfasts are served indoor in the shared spaces or on the terrace, weather permitting. 2 horses on the property which is entirely fenced, the swimming pool is shared with the owners (security cover).
