Near Périgord, on the banks of the River Lède, the 18th-century Saint Avit water mill has been completely renovated. It used to produce flour, and you'll find the millstone in the living room. Set out on 2 levels, you'll be charmed by this building where the millstones still stand, and lulled to sleep by the sound of the river below. The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor: a fully-equipped kitchen with terrace overlooking the river, ideal for enjoying meals, the view or Fishing! A living room where every room in the mill has been renovated and brightened up, a separate toilet with washbasin, and a scullery. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (4 x 80cm beds and a 140cm bed), 1 bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Fishing on site (trout, carp). For outdoor meals, you can choose between the terrace and the 1500m² enclosed garden with the sound of water and cows as neighbors. Car parking available. Visit the bastide town of Monflanquin, 2.5 km away, and take advantage of its events (gourmet markets, medieval festivals).
