Fully independent Holiday cottage with ground floor: large living room with TV and wood-burning stove (wood supplied), fitted kitchen with dining area, and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2x90x200, each convertible to 180x200), one with en-suite shower room. Shared bathroom. Bed linen and towels included, beds made . End-of-stay cleaning optional at extra charge. Piscine shared with a second Holiday cottage (ref 1472), secure, open from April to September, pétanque court. View from the Holiday cottage of the old Gandille flour mill, where the water no longer flows, once fed by the Séoune, a small river ideal for fishing enthusiasts. 2.5km from the village of Tayrac, a multi-service shop (bread, newspapers, gasoline, etc.) and fruit and vegetable grower. Discover the Vineyards of Cahors, Coteaux du Quercy and Brulhois. Numerous Hiking trails, Canal du Midi with its Voie Verte cycle path. Golf courses at Bon-Encontre and Boé (Château d'Allot), Happy Forest adventure park and Waligator/Aqualand park near Agen. Farmers' markets in summer.
