Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, and just 25 minutes from Agen, the Holiday cottage de l'Olivier invites you to experience an enchanted interlude in the heart of a 2-hectare estate, typical of the Pays de Serres, between gentle hills, meadows and natural lakes. Nestled on the 1st floor of a magnificent stone building, this vacation rental will seduce you with its authentic character, warm atmosphere and meticulous amenities. Enjoy a large, bright kitchen opening onto a rotunda terrace with panoramic views - perfect for meals overlooking nature. The cosy living room with TV, bathroom with WC and large dressing room. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms guarantee a peaceful night's sleep: one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm). The estate offers total immersion in nature: wooded paths, flower-filled meadows and two natural lakes to explore. To the west, a lake perfect for no-kill fishing. To the east, a lovely waterfall to discover along a 1 km trail. Take a dip in the heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5 m), shared with two other Holiday cottages, open from June to September (weather permitting). Spacious beach (170 m²) and comfortable pool house (36 m²). Well-being area with Spa, sauna and fitness center (1st session free with weekly rentals).
