Just 7km from Duras, famous for its chateau and Vineyard, the Holiday cottage occupies a longère (traditional farmhouse) dominated by one of the two dovecotes bordering the property and its Périgord-style maison de maître. Ideal for a couple or a family, the building offers spacious accommodation. You'll love the luminous living room with its travertine floor and home Cinema system. On a half-level, the integrated kitchen will surprise you with its high standards (wine cellar, XXL fridge, coffee bean machine), and its American bar opening onto the dining area. On another half-level, the first bedroom (1x160), with its whitewashed stone walls, will bring you great comfort with its television and dressing room. A shower room with wc is reserved on the same level, close to a study room and laundry area (LL/SL). From the entrance hall (dressing room), a stone and wrought-iron staircase leads to the heart of the dovecote, in a vertical universe where bleached stone meets the wood of the old roof frame: the second bedroom (2x90 or 1x180 - electric beds) stretches out over the rest of the longère, under the roofs.
