Jeanine and Michel will be delighted to welcome you to this 13th-century bastide, with the River Lot running right through it. Their gîte is located on the 1st floor (served by elevator) of a 16th-century building. You'll also appreciate the wooden staircase, a witness to centuries gone by, serving each floor of this private mansion. An elevator is available, ideal for people with reduced mobility or for bringing up shopping and suitcases. Cool in summer, warm in winter, you'll enjoy the modern charm of brick. More than a gîte, it's an environment where life is good. Whether you're a lover of fine stonework, a gourmand, a gourmet, in search of rest and nature, a sportsman or a farniente enthusiast, our region is made for you... Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, large living room, sitting area with TV, bedroom with 160cm bed and a mezzanine opening onto the living room with 2 90cm beds, bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.     Merci à Jeanine et Michel pour la spontanéité et la gentillesse de leur accueil.
    Notre séjour imprévu fut ainsi facilité.
    Le gîte est grand, plein de vieilles pierres et de poutres apparentes.
    Et un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
    Mention spéciale au monte-charge utilisable pour les PMR.

    Gîte avec beaucoup de cachet

    Super séjour dans un gîte atypique, spacieux, confort et tranquillité.
    Parking voiture juste à côté qui est très pratique.
    Les propriétaires sont bienveillants et disponibles.
    Si nous retournons dans la région, nous reviendrons.
    Tout était parfait.

    Petit paradis

    Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis !
    Les propriétaires sont vraiment disponibles et on a même beaucoup échangé.
    Le logement a un charme fou.
    Si nous revenons dans le coin assurément nous reviendrons s'il est disponible.
