Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the holiday cottage features, on the first level, a beautiful, light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with a TV and desk (ideal for teleworking). On a half-level, there is a separate bedroom (2x80 or 1x160), a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open-concept bedroom (2x80 or 1x160), set aside in the living area for added privacy. Outside, enjoy the east-facing wooden deck, perfect for soaking up the morning sun. Accessible from the kitchen, a covered patio with a dining area and relaxation corner allows you to fully savor long summer evenings in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. It faces due north, making it ideal for staying cool in the summer. A wooden staircase also leads down to the garden. Set apart and secluded from view, a shared swimming pool with a wooden beach offers a completely unobstructed view of the Countryside and the country house: a unique setting for unforgettable moments of relaxation (wooden fence and alarm—chlorinated pool). Under the awning of a barn, there’s a ping-pong table. Towels and end-of-stay housekeeping are included.
