The spacious, air-conditioned Holiday cottage features: ground floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, separate living room, laundry room (washing machine, drying rack), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (3 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 140), bathroom with shower, vanity unit and additional WC. 2nd floor: beamed ceiling, pretty bedroom with bed 140 + baby bed.
Enjoy the 17m² private terrace with table and chairs under pergolas + barbecue on a 60m² enclosed garden overlooking the fields. Private, fenced-back Piscine area, in-ground 8x4 saltwater flat-bottom pool with small beach, pool depth 1.40 + Pool House with summer kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, plancha and private pétanque court only at this gite. Optional heated Piscine only on request, extra charge payable on site (except Nov/May).
