In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux, Toulouse and Bergerac, at the foot of one of the major sites of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, the Holiday cottage of Colombier de Roudé will seduce you with its preserved character (former dovecote) and its high standard. Set amidst orchards of Ente plums and vines (Berticot winery nearby), this Holiday cottage is the ideal base from which to discover the Duras region, its château and its world-renowned Vineyard. Farmers Nathalie and Alain will be delighted to show you around their farm, just next door to the Holiday cottage. Totally independent, this former dovecote features a large ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area (wood-burning stove), a lounge with TV, two bedrooms (2x90 or 1x180 each) with private shower room and toilet, a shared bathroom and separate toilet. A third bedroom (1x160, 90cm sofa bed) is located at the top of the loft. Covered terrace with lounge. Terrace with garden furniture and parasols. Summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, fridge. Private Piscine open from May to September, weather permitting (10mx4m - with alarm), paddling pool for toddlers. Spa under cover (4 people). Beach with sun loungers, swing. Unenclosed garden with bocce ball court, swing set for Kids, sandpit. Private fishing lake. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included, beds made. Tourist tax. Numerous hiking and biking trails around the Holiday cottage. Discover the Duras Vineyard. The Holiday cottage is 1km from Duras (shops, restaurants and services) on the D708 (holiday cottage 100m from the road). Compulsory cleaning package for corporate clients (100€ - if rented for one month, inspection visit halfway through the month).

Gaëtan et Sophie Séjour parfait :)
A deux pas du village dans lequel on trouve différents commerces et un magnifique château, le gîte est un havre de paix au sein d'un verger !
L'équipement est plus que complet, les lits sont confortables (contrairement à beaucoup de gîtes avec des lits doubles étroits), chacun dispose de sa salle d'eau, le coin salon est cozy. Sans oublier la piscine privative et le jardin complètement aménagé pour les enfants.
L'instant bonheur : observer le chevreuil qui traverse le verger depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine.
Enfin, Nathalie, la propriétaire, est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyables ! Aux petits soins pour que le séjour se déroule bien, elle nous gâte des produits de son jardin !
Bref, le séjour fut excellent pour chacun (2 adultes et 3 enfants 14, 12 et 5 ans).
A noter pour les enfants : différents parcours Terra Aventura sont disponibles dans un rayon de 30 à 40km. Une idée sympa pour découvrir différents villages/villes dans la région.- Cleanliness

Mv Excellent sejour
Le gîte est très confortable, bien agencé. La cuisinec d'été et la piscine ont été très appréciées avec la météo estivale

Gigi Gïte chaleureux bien équipé - idéal pour famille
Nous avons très agréablement fêté Noël en famille au colombier du Roudé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Nathalie et le soin apporté à la décoration à l'occasion des fêtes.

Sisle Lovely holiday
It was our second time holidaying in this lovely gite. Owner spoiled us with fresh homegrown tomates, grapes and eggs from their chickens.
