Set amidst orchards of Ente plums and vines (Berticot winery nearby), this Holiday cottage is the ideal base from which to discover the Duras region, its château and its world-renowned Vineyard. Farmers Nathalie and Alain will be delighted to show you around their farm, just next door to the Holiday cottage. Totally independent, this former dovecote features a large ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area (wood-burning stove), a lounge with TV, two bedrooms (2x90 or 1x180 each) with private shower room and toilet, a shared bathroom and separate toilet. A third bedroom (1x160, 90cm sofa bed) is located at the top of the loft. Covered terrace with lounge. Terrace with garden furniture and parasols. Summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, fridge. Private Piscine open from May to September, weather permitting (10mx4m - with alarm), paddling pool for toddlers. Spa under cover (4 people). Beach with sun loungers, swing.
