The ground floor features a living area with cathedral ceiling and wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with work island, a master suite with fireplace, shower room and a small baby cabin nearby. If you go down the stairs, you'll find a bedroom (bed 160 or 2 x 80) and its shower room with direct access to the garden and Piscine. This bedroom, like the other 2, has been specially designed for naps and a good night's sleep; on the other hand, if you go up the stairs, you'll come to a spacious attic bedroom with en-suite shower room designed to delight your Kids and teenagers. It's equipped with 2 80 cm beds that can be made into a 160 cm bed.
Holiday cottage set in a private garden and orchard of approx. 3,000 m² (not enclosed), the private heated and secure swimming pool (11.5 x 5m) is enclosed by walls to ensure privacy and security, the 40 m² terrace is partly covered by a pergola with shade (18m²) to provide effective shade, deckchairs and loungers are installed on the Beach, and at night you'll discover a lighting system that highlights the stones and the pool.
