New! Opening in July 2026. Welcome to our holiday cottage, converted from a charming old dovecote, nestled in a quiet, green setting in Monsempron-Libos, at the gateway to the Périgord. Completely renovated to blend authenticity with comfort, it can accommodate up to 6 people for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, cozy living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a living room that opens out onto the outdoors. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 beds measuring 160x200 cm) offer peace and privacy, along with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to one of the bedrooms. Outside, two covered terraces let you enjoy meals al fresco or relax in the shade, whatever the season. Nature lovers will appreciate the outdoor spaces, including 10 hectares of private forest accessible directly from the holiday cottage, with well-maintained trails perfect for walking, exploring the local wildlife, or simply relaxing. The owners live on-site in a separate house. The village of Monsempron-Libos offers all amenities as well as a traditional Market every Thursday morning, perfect for discovering local products. Just a few minutes away, the majestic Château de Bonaguil, one of the most beautiful fortified castles in France, is a must-see. For your comfort, everything is included in the rate: bed linen provided, bathroom linen provided, and end-of-stay housekeeping included.
