The former pigsty, an 18th century farmhouse, has been completely restored by the owners and transformed into a cosy gîte. On the road to Astaffort, the ground floor features a living room with kitchen and dining area, and a relaxing lounge with sofa bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (1 x 180cm bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Adjoining the owners' house and not overlooked, you'll enjoy the lake's gentle waters for swimming (depth 3.50m) or carp fishing on 500m² of unenclosed land. Parking. Visitor's tax.
