Located in the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, and at the gateway to the Landes region, Chai de La Gravette is ideal for a stay or a stopover. Close to Marmande (16km) and the village of Cocumont (2km), the property stretches over 5000m², in a landscape of vines (Côtes du Marmandais) and meadows. It overlooks the Garonne plain, on the southern slopes of Gascony. The former winery, which resembles a tobacco drying shed, has been restored in keeping with traditional architecture. Totally independent (the owners' home is 100m away and not overlooked), the Holiday cottage offers peace and privacy. You'll love its modern design. Bathed in light thanks to its vertical skylights reminiscent of the shutters of yesteryear, the former Chai offers you a universe turned towards the horizon. On the Piscine side, a covered gallery extends your living space. Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, dining area, lounge, PMR bedroom (2x90 or 1x180), PMR shower room and toilet. Upstairs: bedroom (2x90 or 1x180), shower room and wc. Large mezzanine opening onto living room with relaxation area (sofa bed), Kids' play area (TV). VM Magnifique !
Superbe séjour dans ce gîte de grand confort, à la décoration très soignée. Rien ne manque !
La grande piscine permet de vraiment nager et avec la chaleur, précoce en juin, faisait la température idéale de 28-29 degrés.
L'accueil des propriétaires est très attentionné et leur présence discrète permet un entretien au top de la piscine.

Cornelia Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, sehr gut eingerichtet, schöne Badezimmer und in der Küche gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht. Überall im Haus ist es sehr sauber, der Pool wurde von den sehr netten Besitzern täglich gereinigt und wir haben ihn auch täglich benützt. Um das Haus herum gibt es sehr viele unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten, auch eine geschützte und schattige Terrasse. Der Ausblick vom Haus und die Natur dort sind einfach traumhaft.
In Cocumont gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker und Metzger. Die größeren Supermärkte in Marmande sind auch in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.- Cleanliness

Kris S Zalige vakantie in Cocument
Dit vakantiehuis is super gelegen als je van rust en stilte houdt. Je logeert er temidden de wijngaarden. Op ieder moment van de dag kan je rond de woning de schaduw of de zon opzoeken. Heel aangenaam overdekt buitenterras. De vakantiewoning is heel aangenaam en lichtrijk ingericht. Alles is er voorzien (heel veel keukengerief, wasmachine, grote frigo/diepvries, airco in alle ruimtes, goed bedden, heerlijk ruikende badhanddoeken, verse lakens om tussentijds te verversen...). Handige kruidentuin! Handige containerbakken om afval te kunnen deponeren.
Het zwembad wordt dagelijks onderhouden door de eigenaar. Er was een fijn welkomstgeschenk voorzien door de vriendelijke eigenaars. Een top vakantiewoning voor een zaaaaaalig vakantie! Wat hebben we genoten van dit toppertje!!- Cleanliness

Wout Superbe maison avec piscine
Maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Piscine netoyée tous les jours. Propriétaires très discrets et aimables, pleins d'idées pour s'occuper.
Seul bémol: les restaurants et magasins sont ä Marmande (16 kms). A Cocumont il ne reste qu'un boucher.
Nous avons fait des balades à pied et en vélo dans les environs, et profité pleinement de la piscine. Brèf, passé de super vacances.- Cleanliness
