Located in the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, and at the gateway to the Landes region, Chai de La Gravette is ideal for a stay or a stopover. Close to Marmande (16km) and the village of Cocumont (2km), the property stretches over 5000m², in a landscape of vines (Côtes du Marmandais) and meadows. It overlooks the Garonne plain, on the southern slopes of Gascony. The former winery, which resembles a tobacco drying shed, has been restored in keeping with traditional architecture. Totally independent (the owners' home is 100m away and not overlooked), the Holiday cottage offers peace and privacy. You'll love its modern design. Bathed in light thanks to its vertical skylights reminiscent of the casements of yesteryear, the former Chai offers you a universe turned towards the horizon. On the Piscine side, a covered gallery extends your living space. Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, dining area, lounge, PMR bedroom (2x90 or 1x180), PMR shower room and toilet. Upstairs: bedroom (2x90 or 1x180), bedroom (1x180), shower room and wc. Large mezzanine opening onto living room with relaxation area (sofa bed), Kids' play area (TV). Véronique Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte de vacances ! Très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le confort est au rendez-vous, que ce soit au niveau de la literie, des espaces de vie ou des équipements de cuisine.
La piscine est un vrai plus, parfaitement entretenue et idéale pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée.
Le cadre est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre tout en profitant des activités sur place. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Chrismang Séjour paisible
Gîte très agréable, situé sur une colline, entourée de vignobles. Le lieu est idéal pour passer un séjour au calme et découvrir la vallée de la Garonne.
La maison est un ancien chai rénové avec grand soin. Le gîte est très lumineux, confortable et les équipements ne manquent pas. L’extérieur n’est pas en reste avec la terrasse couverte, la piscine, (toujours bien entretenu) et le terrain de pétanque. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l’écoute.- Cleanliness

Nelsonbass Wonderful property!
What an amazing property! All the creature comforts that you could possibly imagine, including aircon in every room which is a blessing when the temperatures are in the 30’s. Excellent pool as well and the views over the valley from the garden are lovely too.
The owners are a lovely couple and live adjacent but not attached and are very unobtrusive.

We had a fantastic 2 peaceful weeks at the gite, it was the best we have stayed in, very well equipped and exceptionally clean, the outside grounds and pool also very well looked after every day. We had lovely apricots, plums, nuts and wine from Christian and Jocelyne and they were available when needed but in no way intrusive. The views of surrounding countryside are amazing.
