This Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is totally independent, with private entrance, dedicated parking and private, secure swimming pool. Inside: comfort and conviviality, with a fully-equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven), a cosy living room with TV corner and relaxation area, 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (bed 160) with private shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), 2 other bedrooms (1 with bed 160, 1 with 2 beds 90x190) accessed by 2 steps going downstairs, 1 bathroom with bath and WC. Outside: relax and enjoy a covered terrace with lounge, dining area and ping-pong table. A second sunny terrace by the private swimming pool (9x4.5m, 1.50m deep with chlorine, secured by fence, gate and alarm). Unenclosed grounds of 500m², perfect for enjoying the surrounding countryside. The owners, a discreet and attentive retired English couple, live on site but fully respect your privacy.
