This historic residence, surrounded by a vast wooded park, embodies the charm and gentle way of life of the South-West. Housed in an outbuilding of the château, this spacious Holiday cottage, adjoining another dwelling, offers comfort, conviviality and authenticity for a stay with family or friends. Agency: first floor: fitted kitchen, bright dining room, cosy living room and WC. Upstairs: four bedrooms (2 beds 140 cm and 4 beds 90 cm), bathroom (with bath and shower), shower room and separate WC. Outside and leisure activities: enjoy a private terrace and a shared covered terrace, as well as a vast park planted with trees and not enclosed, ideal for relaxing or playing outdoors. The communal swimming pool (with alarm and barriers, open from May 15 to October 15) offers a privileged setting for your moments of swimming and relaxation. For young and old alike, there's a swing, table tennis table and bikes for all ages. Walks along the Garonne canal, the Voie Verte and the So Vélo route linking Marmande to Casteljaloux, will enable you to discover the peaceful landscapes and treasures of the Val de Garonne.
