Set on a half-fenced 500 m2 land with an entirely private swimming pool (6,4 m x 3m), secured with an alarm system, open from April to September. This shop has been renovated by the owner in an industrial style with briquettes on the walls and can accommodate up to 5 people. It opens onto the outside owing to its bay windows. It features a 35 m2 living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge area and relaxing sitting room with wood stove. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), each with a private shower room, separate toilet. You'll enjoy 2 furnished terraces, one is covered and features garden furniture and BBQ. Parking area. Household linen included and beds ready made up. End of stay cleaning available on request.
