Lauzun, village with character, with a 16th-century castle and a Gothic church, is located in Périgord Pourpre, homeland of the British and French bastides where you can visit traditional markets. This detached stone gîte has been recently restored and is located in a quiet park planted with trees with a clear view over the village. A house with all mod cons, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with lounge area (fireplace with insert stove), billiard room, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 2 beds 90), bathroom, WC. Surface area: 180 m². Large furnished terrace. 1 ha fenced land. Fire wood, gas-fired central heating, household linen and sheets not included. Cleaning service available. Private and fenced swimming pool (10mx5m and 1.50 m deep) with a cover (conformed to the current norms) which guaranties an enjoyable and constant water temperature, regardless of the weather, with no building directly opposite, 130 m² pool terrace and pool-house.

Séjour idyllique dans gîte magnifique
5/5La maison est au milieu d´un domaine impressionnant où l´on peut prendre le soleil ou lire à l´ombre des grands arbres. Des fruitiers vous offrent pommes, prunes et abrocots, selon la saison.La piscine et sa plage sont splendides. Le tout dans un calme absolu. La cuisine est full équipée, il n'y manque aucun ustensile !
La personne qui assure l´accueil est charmante et disponible.

calme et sérénité
5/5le gite est bien équipé, tout est à disposition, la piscine est superbe, le terrain est grand avec une partie ombragée très agréable par ces fortes chaleurs. Billard, tennis de table, terrain de pétanque piscine, vélo à disposition : tout est fait pour passer de superbes vacances. On y reviendrai avec grand plaisir (dommage que ce soit si loin du Pas-de-Calais...)
