Gîte Bacchus. In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux, Toulouse and Bergerac, the organically farmed Domaine de Ferrant welcomes you to an exceptional environment. Marie-Thérèse and Denis will share their passion for vines and wine with you. Close to Duras and its famous château (with all amenities), the Villa des Sarments gîte will seduce you with its modernity and high standard. Adjoining another gîte (4 people), it offers peace and privacy with its west-facing terrace, not overlooked. It features a fitted kitchen and living room with TV. On a half-level: one bedroom (2x90 or 1x180) with private shower room and toilet, and two bedrooms (2x90 or 1x180 each) with private shower rooms. Separate toilet. Air-conditioned. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. Common to both gîtes: heated, fenced saltwater swimming pool open from May to September, beach with sunbeds, parasols, fitness room with table soccer, shower and WC, bicycles available, floodlit bowling green, laundry room. Children's swing, trampoline, ping pong table. Private parking for each gîte. Sheets and towels available on request. Tourist tax payable. Discovery trail through vineyards and woods with picnic area. Numerous hiking trails all around. Fishing in the Dropt. Possibility of visiting the winery and tasting its organic wines.
