The water from the Tannerie springs will lull your summer afternoons, occasionally interrupted by the plunge of a hungry heron. You'll be charmed by the poetry of the place and its great tranquillity. In the heart of the village of Granges sur Lot, La Tannerie will surprise you with its vertical architecture, where everything is a panorama: from the summer lounge under the wooden awning, from the mineral terrace with its indoor lounge, or from the sunrise bedroom. Wood and stone intermingle to give this once-industrial building (17th-century tannery) a modern sheen, and all the living rooms overlook the river and countryside. A spacious, convivial kitchen, two lounges (one family-style, the other intimate), a games room and a garage (with fishing and bicycle storage) are just some of the living spaces at your disposal. Three comfortable bedrooms are available: on the ground floor, a bedroom (1x160) with en-suite shower room, and upstairs, a bedroom (2x90 or 1x180) and a bedroom (1x160) with en-suite shower room and toilet with washbasin. Ground floor: wc with washbasin, laundry room with LL and SL, dressing room. Parking in garage or on cul-de-sac. Sheets and towels included, beds made. Tourist tax payable.
