La Reinette

In the Lot-et-Garonne Countryside, north of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, adjoining the old barn, the atypical 20m² Reinette Bed and breakfast is totally independent and ideal for a stopover or a longer stay. This former dovecote overlooks the Countryside, offering a view from the room and its private 100m² enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a long, air-conditioned room with travertine flooring and flowery decor. The Reinette room features a kitchenette equipped with hob, top fridge, pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery, table, 2 chairs.... A sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table and bookcase, and a separate shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and dry toilet. Upstairs, accessed via a sloping ladder, a sitting area has been fitted out with a 140x190 bed, bedside tables and lamps. You can choose to sleep downstairs or on the mezzanine. You'll enjoy the outside terrace for meals, and a relaxation area with deckchairs. The above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners is located on their side, 3.5m wide, 1.20m deep, chlorinated. Breakfast can be served at the owners' home or in the bedroom. Around the room, garden with orchard. In the old barn, the owner offers pottery and cooking classes. Available: fan, isothermal picnic bag. Possibility of making machines. Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage, packed lunches at 15€. Table d'hôtes on reservation: starter + main course €25 excluding drinks or main course + dessert €22 excluding drinks.
