In the heart of the South-West, close to the Landes, Périgord and Bordeaux vineyards, the Gîtes de Boussères welcome you to a farming landscape on the banks of the Lot. Farmers, the PONDARRE family will share with you exceptional local products such as strawberries. Nearby, you can admire the old tobacco drying sheds, typical of the Lot-et-Garonne region. A former barn, La Petite Garde-Pile is the work of an architect: the wooden framework with its ancestral beams rubs shoulders with the travertine stone floor and the iron staircase, a unique piece of craftsmanship. Volume, space and softness are offered to you for a stay or a stopover. In its extension, a second "Vintage" gîte in Seventies style (12 pers or 5 pers: ref 483199.). Fenced (with alarm), the pool area, shared by both gîtes, with its relaxation area in the old bread oven, will refresh your summer afternoons. Wooden terrace. Between the gîtes, the games barn (ping-pong table, table soccer, pool table, bike room) is ideal for children, teenagers or adult gamers. La Petite Garde-Pile offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen combining authenticity and modernity, a high-standard living room (with TV), a PMR bedroom (2x90 or 1x80) with shower room/wc, and private wooden terrace, storeroom and laundry room, PMR toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom (4 bunk beds 90), shower room and separate wc. Under the first floor on stilts, private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue.
