This single-storey gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, 2 bedrooms (140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), a shower room and a living room with TV, internet access and sofa bed. The accommodation is air-conditioned. The terrace with garden furniture overlooks the Lot. You can also enjoy the owners' swimming pool (to be shared). Cycling enthusiasts Nadine and Jean Charles will be happy to point out the most popular tourist routes, or even accompany you on your outings. You'll be close to villages, castles, markets, restaurants and numerous sites to discover (Pujols, Monflanquin, Penne d'Agenais, Villeneuve sur Lot, Bonaguil, Stelsia, ...).
