Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, in the heart of Gascony and the Pays de Serres, 25 minutes from Agen, the Holiday cottage La Mouline de Camus will seduce you for a stay. A stone building restored with taste and authenticity, this gîte at the end of the world perches on a rocky spur, overlooking a landscape of meadows and woods just for you. A small lake nestles at the bottom of the valley, ideal for fishing or relaxing by the water. With its fully-protected swimming pool for young Kids, the Holiday cottage is ideal for small families or couples looking for peace and quiet out of sight. Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and wood-burning stove, dining area and fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200 convertible to 180x200 and 1 bed 160x200), one with private shower room and toilet. A terrace on the west side for sunsets, and a terrace on the east side for cool meals, equipped with a plancha . A summer kitchen near the Piscine will delight barbecue enthusiasts, on the edge of the woods. Private Piscine 8x4m, chlorine pool, 1.4m deep, open from May to September, weather permitting, fully fenced. Land of 5000m². All inclusive (bed linen, towels, Utilities included). Tourist tax.

    Séjour au calme

    Nous avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir Alain et la Mouline de Camus. L’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux et gourmand. C’est notre 3ème séjour et nous ne nous lassons pas du calme environnant, des beaux couchers de soleil, de la belle vue depuis la petite terrasse. La nouveauté cette année, la climatisation dans les chambres, nous n'en n'avons pas eu besoin, car le temps était maussade. Malgré tout les 3 semaines ont passées trop vite. Merci Alain pour les bonnes choses que tu nous apportais à chacune de tes visites, un vrai régal.
    Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte.

    Un gite magnifique et un accueil exceptionnel

    Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au gîte "La Mouline de Camus" et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent une escapade paisible. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par notre hôte, Alain, qui a su nous mettre à l'aise immédiatement. Sa gentillesse et ses attentions ont véritablement fait la différence. Alain a toujours été "aux petits soins" tout au long de notre séjour.

    Le gîte est non seulement charmant et bien décoré, mais il est également très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des chambres et la propreté impeccable des lieux. L'environnement est calme et apaisant, parfait pour se ressourcer.

    Alain a également été d'une grande aide pour nous recommander des activités locales. Ses suggestions étaient toujours pertinentes.

    En résumé, si vous cherchez un endroit où séjourner, ne cherchez pas plus loin. "La Mouline de Camus" est un véritable havre de paix, et l'hospitalité d'Alain et Sabine en fait un lieu d'exception. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

    Gîte incontournable

    Sabine et Alain sont des hôtes formidables. Une chaleur humaine, une gentillesse sans borne, une très belle rencontre. On espère vous revoir rapidement.
    Le gîte a une vue imprenable, très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable, très bien équipé.
    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour que nous recommandons vivement.
