It has 3 bedrooms (2x140 and 2x90 Bunk beds - Extra bed for Kids), one of which has a private shower room/wc, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, and a vast open-plan living room combining a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge. Garage. All-inclusive (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, wifi). Gas heating and night-time air conditioning. Unenclosed garden of 2000m². But the real show starts outside. From the large terrace, the view plunges down to Lake Escourrou. The private Piscine (with alarm), facing the water and the wooded hills, becomes the focal point of your day: Swimming in the sun, reading in the shade, aperitifs at sunset... Here, tranquility is not a luxury, it's a matter of course. The site is ideal for nature lovers, with a fishing lake within walking distance, a 7 km hiking trail around the entire lake, birdwatching and unspoilt scenery, and hikes starting directly from the house. And all around, a rich territory awaits you: the bastide town of Eymet 5 minutes away, with its restaurants and small shops, Duras and its famous château, the bastides and villages of the Lot-et-Garonne, gourmet markets and vineyards, Bergerac and the Dordogne valley nearby.
