La Grange des Bories

The property features 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 x 90-cm beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed) plus 1 90-cm bed, each with its own private bathroom. All showers are walk-in. The kitchen, featuring an island, fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone will have plenty of room to let their creativity shine.
Outside, the Piscine—with its 15-meter lap lane—includes a shallow end (0.80 m) that allows kids to enjoy the water as well. The 2,500 m² property, for exclusive use and featuring a grove of trees, offers a largely unobstructed view. The two large wooden decks, one of which is covered, are true living spaces. At the end of the day, they become the ideal setting to admire sunsets, share a barbecue meal, or extend summer evenings under the stars in a gentle and soothing atmosphere. Located in the northeastern part of Lot-et-Garonne and at the gateway to the Dordogne, La Grange des Bories serves as a convenient base for exploring charming villages, historic sites, vineyards, night markets, cultural and sporting activities, and more… (Biron, Bonaguil, the bastides of Monpazier and Villeréal, Sarlat, Bergerac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, canoeing centers on the Dordogne or Vézère rivers, etc.)
