La Grange des Bories

The property features 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 x 90cm beds (convertible to 180cm) + 1 x 90cm bed, each with its own private bathroom. All showers are Italian-style. Outside, the Piscine with its 15-metre swim lane incorporates a shallow platform (0.80 m) for Kids to enjoy the water. The 2,500 m² grounds, for exclusive use and approval by a grove, open out onto a wide, unobstructed view. The two large wooden terraces, one of which is covered, are real living spaces. At the end of the day, they become the ideal setting for admiring sunsets, sharing a barbecue meal or prolonging summer evenings under the stars in a soft, soothing atmosphere.
Situated in the north-east of the Lot-et-Garonne and at the gateway to the Dordogne, La Grange des Bories is within easy reach of villages with character, heritage sites, vineyards, night markets, cultural and sporting activities, etc. (Biron, Bonaguil, the bastides of Monpazier, Villeréal, Sarlat, Bergerac, Les Eyzies de Tayac, canoeing bases on the Dordogne or Vézère rivers, etc.)....)
