You'll be staying in the heart of the Bastides (Eymet, Issigeac, Castillonnes, Villeréal, Montpazier, Monflanquin...) and the Dropt Valley, a river in the south of Périgord Pourpre. Castles, Carthusian monasteries and old stone houses bear witness to an exceptional past, punctuating this authentic Countryside of crops, vines, ponds, woods and rivers. The renovated farmhouse is a group of typical Lot-et-Garonne buildings, just 5 minutes from all the shops and 25 km south of Bergerac, and the meadows, where two draft horses peacefully live, surround the farmhouse garden. Stéphanie and Olivier will welcome you in the "Eco-renovated" barn. The place combines the authenticity of yesteryear with contemporary comfort. On the first floor, the light-filled living area includes a lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen with a living room, a PMR bedroom, a shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet, as well as level access to a shaded terrace with dining area and rest areas in the Countryside garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one double (160cm bed) and one twin (2 90cm beds), a mezzanine with study area, WC. End-of-stay housekeeping included, linen and towels included, beds made.
