Situated between Villeneuve sur Lot and Agen, 3km from the village, Gazelle stretches out on a hillside in the Masse valley, in a landscape of meadows, wooded plateaus and steep valleys. This property, with its dominant position, brings together a group of character buildings typical of this part of the Lot-et-Garonne region, the Pays de Serres. A saltwater Piscine (alarm), a pond and a wash-house provide the freshness essential for south-western summers. At the end of the road leading to the property, you'll discover the Grange de Gazelle with its traditional canopy, where stone, metal and wood intertwine to offer volume and space. The first floor is designed as two independent volumes, with a double staircase and double passageway, overlooking a vast, comfortable living-dining room. You'll love the kitchen, with its workshop-style glass roof. Four bedrooms are built around the central volume. On the ground floor, a PMR bedroom (2x100 or 1x200) with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, along the left-hand corridor, 2 bedrooms (1x140, 2x100), each with en-suite shower room, and wc.
