Housed in a former fournière, the Holiday cottage combines tradition and modernity in an elegant blend of stone and wood. Entirely independent (owners' house at the rear of the gîte), it offers peace and relaxation with its private swimming pool (fenced and alarmed) and summer pergola not overlooked. You'll love the living room, bathed in natural light from the bay window. Travertine stone illuminates the entire ground floor, gently warming your winter vacations (underfloor heating). Three bedrooms (3 x 160cm beds), including one for disabled guests, stretch across this first level, as does a shower room with toilet (for disabled guests). A separate toilet and a large laundry complete the ensemble. Upstairs, a mezzanine lounge with TV leads to the 4th bedroom (140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), a shower room (bath and shower) and separate wc. Terrace under pergola with garden furniture and deckchairs, summer kitchen (barbecue, sink). Enclosed, alarmed Piscine open from May to September, weather permitting. Private parking.
