In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, on the banks of the Lot, in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Lot et Garonne, La Petite Fournière du Lot is ideal for a stay or a stopover, for families or couples. Housed in a former fournière, the Holiday cottage combines tradition and modernity in an elegant blend of stone and wood. Entirely independent (the owners' house is at the rear of the gîte), and all on one level, La Fournière du Lot offers peace and relaxation with its private, secure swimming pool (fenced and alarmed) and summer pergola not overlooked. Travertine stone illuminates the entire first floor, gently warming your winter vacations (underfloor heating). A kitchen, living room and three bedrooms (3 x 160cm beds) stretch across the ground floor, as well as a shower room with toilet (PMR). A separate toilet and large laundry room complete the ensemble. Terrace under pergola with garden furniture and deckchairs, summer kitchen (barbecue and sink). Enclosed Piscine with alarm open from May to September, weather permitting. Private parking. Unenclosed 3-hectare property with access to the Lot and private 16 m2 fishing pontoon. Gaming room with pool table, table tennis, darts and exercise bike.
