Located in Lot et Garonne, at the gateway to the Dordogne, just 10 minutes from Eymet, 30 minutes from Bergerac and close to Marmande,
On the farm, this former plum oven has been fully restored as a gîte for 4 people. Totally independent, on one level and air-conditioned, the Holiday cottage La Fournière will seduce you with its modernity while retaining the soul of the old stones and its history. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a storage room for bikes and other outdoor leisure equipment. You'll find a barbecue, extra tables and chairs, a baby bed and booster seat for your little ones.
From the unoverlooked terrace, you'll be able to enjoy nature and its lush, wooded surroundings. From the Holiday cottage, you can take 2 Hiking trails and stroll in peace and quiet, discovering different landscapes;
Ideally located, close to Miramont de Guyenne, (shops and services), you can enjoy the pleasures of gastronomy with its various restaurants and its Monday morning Market. Not far from Duras, you can discover its château and Vineyard.
And for the more sporty, there's Hiking, Mountain biking, Canoeing, Golf, Bike / Mountain bike, Fishing and horse riding.

Les Mimis VACANCES AGREABLES
Le gÎte est trés bien équipé et aménagé avec goût.Rien ne manque.Il est trés bien situé dans un cadre verdoyant et permet de circuler pour faire de belles visites dans la région.Et cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse,à l'écoute, tout en restant discrets.Ce fut une belle rencontre.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Les trois amis Un gîte à recommander
Un séjour de 15 jours reposant dans un cadre agréable au calme. Le gîte de plein pied est de qualité et très bien équipé. On peut profiter de la terrasse ombragée matin et soir. Merci à nos hôtes pour la qualité de l'accueil. C'est le point de départ pour de belles découvertes. A recommander absolument.

Gîte tout neuf, extrêmement bien équipé, tout est bien pensé et optimisé.
Le cadre est calme, ombragé, très jolie vue depuis la terrasse.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et aux petits soins.

The Gs Miramont de Guyenne Gite Ref 5860
We read all the information on Gites De France website and thought this reads very nice. But on arrival at the Gite and its surroundings was way above our expectations. The approach to the Gite and its surroundings where wonderful. And when you step inside, it was absolutely amazing, so clean, fresh, very very tastefully set out. The living,dining, kitchen was perfect. The two bedrooms where a perfect size, as was the en suite, the hole Ghite and surroundings where 100% fantastic. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and would not hesitate to return if in that part of France again. My wife and I highly recommend this Gite to anyone wanting to visit Miramont de Guyenne and the surrounding area. Also the owners of the Gite where two fantastic people, so friendly, helpful, obliging it was a pleasure to have met them and stop in their wonderful Gite. My self David and my wife Juan would like to thank them both.
