La Bergeronnette

Le Mas d'Agenais is one of the oldest villages in the Lot-et-Garonne region, making it an ideal stopover or holiday destination on the Voie Verte along the Canal Latéral à la Garonne between Bordeaux and Toulouse. Occupied since Gallo-Roman times, the site boasts more than 2,000 years of history (the Venus du Mas d'Agenais, the collegiate church of Saint-Vincent with its Rembrandt, its corn market and flourishing market). La Bergeronnette gîte (45m²) is on one level, with a private covered terrace and private parking. It comprises a living room with kitchenette, 2-seater sofa bed, 3 bedrooms (2x140, 2x80 bunk beds), shower room and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning and wifi in each gîte. Communal facilities: pétanque court, ping pong table, playground, outdoor clothesline and laundry facilities. Restaurant, grocery store with bread, butcher's and delicatessen. Electricity (heating and air-conditioning) extra on meter reading, bed linen and cleaning package optional at extra charge. Unenclosed property with 10 gîtes for 4 to 6 people.
