In the heart of the South-West and its architectural and historical heritage, between Toulouse and Bordeaux, just 10 kms from Agen, the Canal du Midi and the Garonne, we welcome you to Domaine du Vallon in an exceptional setting of 20 hectares, a jewel case of greenery surrounding a small lake. Our discovery of this valley in the Lot-et-Garonne region was the starting point for our project to turn our philosophy into a way of life. The stone houses, including that of the owners, facing south and overlooking the valley, have been entirely restored in an ecological approach of quality, in order to rehabilitate them into independent and unoverlooked Holiday cottages. Noble materials were chosen in a spirit of simplicity and beauty, bringing Wellbeing to a need for comfort and modernity. Relaxation and leisure can be extended to a gaming room featuring billiards, table tennis, table soccer... and a saltwater swimming pool (to be shared with the other Holiday cottage and with us) overlooking the valley opposite the Château de Madaillan (open from June to September, weather permitting. 13x5m).
Holiday cottage "GUYENNE" (4personnes, 100m² - PMR accessibility): this contemporary interior is elegantly spacious, opening onto the outside through large bay windows, with the prospect of the Château de Madaillan providing even more space... Ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom (1x160x200 PMR accessible), shower room with WC (PMR accessible); first floor: bedroom (2x90x200), WC and toilet. ~ Bed linen and organic cleaning products provided. Solar water heater and 100% renewable green electricity, electric heating. Toiletries available on request. Private garden with pergola, garden furniture, table and armchairs ~Standing barbecue.
