Located in Beaupuy, a commune overlooking Marmande, Grayon's Parc is a unique place, offering breathtaking views over the sub-prefecture and its valley. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, the 300m² gîte is housed in a traditional house. This former barn, which has been extended, offers great comfort and spaciousness on a 1ha fenced property, ideal for relaxation. Its large heated private saltwater swimming pool (14x7m, 2m deep) with paddling pool, secured by a barrier, offers, with the terrace, a leisure space for all, from June to September. A spacious, fully-equipped summer kitchen is available for meals around the Piscine. Barbecue and grill with spit (for cooking large game) are available for the most seasoned cooks. This stone house, with its square tower, offers on the first floor: a vast living room with dining area and fireplace, a separate kitchen, a separate toilet and a laundry room. On 1/2 level: 5 bedrooms (1 bed 180, 2 beds 90, 3 beds 180 and a modular bed 180 or 2X90), two bathrooms, the first with shower and bath and the second a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 180cm bed and toilet. Games for all the family: trampoline, board games, cornhole, molkky... Bed linen and towels included, beds made, housekeeping included. Tourist tax included. Pets allowed on request. Many activities on foot or by bike with the Canal, the voie verte, not forgetting its farmers' markets, Thermal baths and Golf 30min away by car.

    Belle maison

    La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et les propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et arrangeants.

    Nous avons séjourné entre amis et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les espaces de vie sont grands et agréables, des jeux sont à votre disposition. Tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour et ne manquer de rien.

    Nous avons séjourné l’hiver mais la maison doit être tout aussi agréable l’été avec sa cuisine d’été et la piscine.

    Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse à 1h de Bordeaux idéale pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille.

    Dans le calme et la joie.

    Dans un cadre magnifique nous avons passé une semaine parfaite. Les équipements mises à disposition sont très performant et de bonne qualité. Grace aux vélos déjà sur place les enfants ont pu passer de bons moments. La piscine chauffée est très agréable à toutes heures de la journée.
    Nous remercions la personne qui nous accueilli pour ses nombreux conseils et rendu quelques services...
    Je recommande ce gîte pour de bons moments en famille ou entre amis.

    fête de famille

    Une maison d'un très grand confort,nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire d'une gentillesse, d'une générosité et à notre écoute à notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour.La maison, le parc ainsi que la piscine sont parfaits pour accueillir une famille avec enfants et petits enfants. A recommander.
