The 180m² house has 4 bedrooms (with 2 160cm beds, 4 90cm beds, convertible to 180cm), 2 bathrooms with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail, and a spacious living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge with wood-burning stove (wood at extra cost). You can also take advantage of the Lougratte Lake, 500m away, for swimming or fishing. Many markets, villages and sites within a 30-minute radius: Monflanquin, Cancon, Issigeac, Villereal, Bergerac, Gavaudun, Monbazillac, Lauzun... During your stay, there's something for everyone, from gastronomy and wine to sporting and cultural activities. Pets allowed.
